I need some guidance please!
Re: I need some guidance please!
No, that is why I reluctantly opened the outlet that had power to it. It had 119 volts. But the next outlet had nothing but 5. Or so volts. Yu6ht56

Re: I need some guidance please!
So if I understand correctly, there is a working outlet, then a non-working outlet, then a non-working GFCI, and lastly several nonworking outlets. Is that the correct order? And it is assumed that power goes in a series from that working outlet to the non-working outlet, then the GFCI, etc?
Are you certain power is LEAVING that working outlet mentioned above?
Please attach a pic of that working outlet that you said looks different.

Re: I need some guidance please!
Also, are there any outlets in a different direction that the “different” working outlet might feed instead?

Re: I need some guidance please!
Does anyone have an Owners Manual? The one I have for our 1987 34W has a pretty god basic diagram of the layout of the 110V outlets, from the power panel, to the outlets, to the bathroom GFCI, to the last outlet in the curb-side rear lower storage compartment. It shows all of the outlets daisy-chained through the trailer.

Re: I need some guidance please!
With your trailer is the only outlet after the GFCI the one in the outside storage compartment?
I could very well be wrong, but I doubt her GFCI feeds multiple standard outlets, and instead I bet her GFCI is last in the line or maybe feeds an exterior outlet like you mentioned.
Thus, the issue may be at the other side of the series of non-working outlets. That, and the GFCI may be at the end of series and not the beginning.

Yep, the GFCI is at the end of the series and protects the patio outlet.

Re: I need some guidance please!
I have an owner’s manual, although the 25H is not in the 1985
owners manual, as it was a late introduction.
It is a generic diagram that shows the power line going counter clockwise.
The order of outlets beginning at converter is: 1, plug on separate circuit labeled microwave, working. 2. Plug over sink, non gfi, working, 3. Plug behind couch, only outlet in metal skin, working but last one working. Multimeter shows these 3 plugs with 119-118 v. I did not check if this outlet has power leaving it. Obviously, I should have. Both large wires (containing hot, natural and ground) appear to go back toward the direction of the converter, but probably change direction to the next outlet. Only other 110 volt application could be air conditioner, but again, it has it’s own circuit. Next outlet is the first non working outlet.very tiny amount of reading on volt meter. Like 5 volt. After that is the gfi in the bathroom, again, no reading at either black wires on multimeter. Then the bedroom outlets, both about 5v on multimeter and lastly the outdoor reciptical, which isn’t working either. I hope this answers the questions so helpfully asked. And photos.

I am sorry to be so little help in information and so clueless about what I’m trying to understand. I really appreciate the help, however I could be missing something so obvious, it’s embarrassing. I hate being ignorant of things.

Re: I need some guidance please!
Since this is the last outlet in the series, what’s before it?
Or is there another cable under the one shown that can’t be seen in the pic?
