Mark- the 3P evolved out of the Hensley and therefore has some improvements over the Hensley design. The hitch itself adds nearly 200lbs on the tongue, so it's pretty massive. I spoke with Chuck Cayo today and the entry door window on my 84 is apparently original. Some later years glass was used, but 84 was definitely plexi.

So I spoke with Tekonsha today and they are having me mail in my brake controller so they can test it. Apparently this issue can be caused by a bad computer board.

I like the plated lining of the water/electric compartment!
