Re: 34V in Winlock, WA
Our awning was black and white striped but that was the only stuff that was striped on our Avion. Our 34V has brown/gold toned upholstery in a sort of floral pattern. The bolsters by the twin beds and the bed covers are brown. When we got our trailer the carpet had been taken out and the linoleum w...

1987 34W - Brake/shock project
We got our Avion in October 2013. In the Spring of 2014, I replaced the electric brake assemblies and the shock absorbers. Re: 34V in Winlock, WA
Welcome to you and your wife, Mark! Glad to have you here. Sounds like you have had some nice trips in the short time you've had your 34V. Your mention of Disneyland reminded me that during the summer of 1971 when I had just turned 8, my family was staying at the Tra-Tel RV park within site of Disne...

Re: 1987 34W - Resealing the upper edge of the beltline
I need to do that on mine as well. Does the color of parbond match pretty well? I was looking at both Parbond and the Aluminum Gutter Seal on the Vintage Trailer Supply site. Yes, the "aluminum" ParBond matches very well. Here is a picture I took yesterday while I was on the roof..... tha...

1987 34W - Resealing the upper edge of the beltline
The original sealant that was between the upper edge of the beltlne moulding was in bad shape; cracked, brittle, missing in some spots. And, a previous owner went absolutely crazy smearing clear silicone along that seam. I have been slowly removing that mess and finally got it all cleaned off. (I HA...
