Thanks a lot for the feedback.I did a floor repair on a 1990 Airstream and it was a pain in the butt. Your floor repair around the water heater is exactly what I have to do. Thanks for the tips!

I just bought a 1985 Avion 25 footer that is in excellent condition. The only repair I have to make is the sub floor around the water heater as it was leaking and gotten wet and rotted. I have read many mixed responses on whether or not the sub floor serves as structural integrity. Does anyone know?
