What price should I ask for by 1976 Avion Class C motorhome?

I have a 1976 Avion Class C motorhome I would like to sell. I am having a hard time figuring what price range I should be in. It has been sitting for years but it was running perfectly when it was parked. It has around 80,000 miles on the Dodge MB-30 chassis with 440 engine. The paint needs to be polished out and it should look fantastic. Just before it was parked it was totally stripped down and painted in the original colors with DuPont Imron paint that they use to paint bulldozers with.

Its located in Phoenix Arizona.

I would really appreciate some feedback because they didn't make very many of these and pricing is hard-to-find.

Hi, Tim. You are correct..... Hard to come up with a "reasonable" price. But that seems to be true for just about any Avion these days! Can you post some pictures of the inside and outside? Maybe we can come up with something!
