Email or contact info for Jim & Kathy (18' Avion)

Hello. I am wondering whether anyone has contact information on Jim & Kathy that restored an 18' Avion Sportsman, the same model that we are restoring. Their restoration is featured on the Silver Avion RV site (http://www.silveravion.com/1964-avion-18.html).

As background info to my query: My questions are specific to our model. I would like to know what make and model (as well as dimensions) they replaced the OEM fridge and stove. I am unable to measure our unit as it's located about 1800 km from our present location. My plan is to begin the ordering process for the fridge and stove because, as we all know, supply issues may delay shipping by months or more. Any help with this would be much appreciated.
