A nice 1984 30P showed up on Texas Craigslist. (I have no affiliation with these I post.... I post them for folks to see that are looking for an Avion).
Looks like the current owner has done all of the work, and list this one for a good price.

"1984 AVION travel trailer approximately 30 ft in excellent condition. No dings, no dents, no leaks, no rust. New tires, wheel bearings cleaned, checked and repacked with grease, brakes checked and work perfect. New refrigerator new air conditioning w/ heat strip, 3 new Maxair deluxe power roof vents, new power tongue jack, new batteries, new 30k BTU furnace, new sofa, new poly plumbing, new China toilet, new swivel lounge chair w/ottoman, new tv w/DVDs player. Everything works including all awnings, water heater, and control panel w/radio. All lights were replaced with LEDs. Bed spreads and all curtains were removed, dry cleaned and reinstalled. Floor is original and solid, pulled up the rug and found the original flooring in great condition. No stains or odors. Sale also includes a new 12k EZ Lift equalizer hitch with new sway control. It pulls great and straight.
We started with a good clean trailer that had very few problems, repainted the inside and replaced almost everything. I have seen many advertised at 10 to 20 thousand. This is the best I have seen. Have been working on it for over a year and tired of the project that is now complete, I bought a motorhome and ready to move on and give someone an excellent bargain. Over $6500 in new parts alone.
