Introduction

Just adopted a 1974 Avion Le Grande 31. My primary avocation is maintaining/restoring on Mercedes (have 9), currently in year 3 on 1978 450 SL. Now adding the Avion. This undertaking is to provide a way to travel with my wife again. I am her full time care giver and the Avion has been selected at one that will accommodate her needs. Unit is very usable, but i MUST do some things, because it in my nature to fix.

Hi, Dan. Kudos to you and being able to be your wife's caregiver. I hope your Avion suits both of you well. Welcome to the forum!
I am definitely a "Mr. Fix-it", too. And, I used to have a 1983 Mercedes 300D TurboDiesel that I really liked! Drove like a dream, was gold, brown leather interior, tinted windows..... looked really nice.
