Shipping an Avion

Anyone here with experience shipping a trailer? My need would be from the Midwest to just north of Dallas and Ft Worth. Sure would appreciate a pointer to a reputable and reliable referral. Thanks in advance.

The Vegas one is actually in AZ about 300 miles away. The seller wouldn't budge from 100% cash only. That didn't feel right. The current one is 1800 miles away. Shipping is looking like a logistical nightmare. A lot of $$$ sight unseen.

If the guy in AZ won't even consider a cashier's check and/or handling the transaction at his local bank, I would be suspicious as well.

No matter how you move it, the condition of tires, lights and brakes are the Achilles heel on a long distance tow. A trip to a local Discount Tire store for a look/see might be prudent before hauling it home.

Update... UShip delivered 'Dave' on Thursday, May 3rd. He's enjoying some 'spa' time right now. I'm hopeful to have him home later this week.

UShip did a very good job. Next time may involve a new/new to me tow vehicle.

I shipped a horse trailer to Wyoming using Uship. Worked great.
