When it rains we have been getting water on the floor by the entry door. It seems to be coming in on the handle side. Anyone else have or had this issue? If so how did you figure out what the problem was? How did you fix the problem?

I had the same issue earlier this year. I fixed it by resealing the awning bracket and top of the awning fabric channel.
