Can anybody point me in the right direction for purchasing new gasket material for my entry door and storage locker? The storage locker has a small leak, and I can see daylight out the bottom half of my entry door.

I put on the large "D" gasket from Vintage Trailer Supply. On both storage locker & main door....seems ok...

This is on my to-do list. A couple of Q's: After you remove the gasket, do you clean the area and if so with what? Also, what do you use to attach the new Gasket?
Thanks!

Thanks, Becky.

I show a couple larger choices.... Do you recall which you used?

Rostam--as far as cleaning, I'd probably just use a razor blade to remove the gasket and then mineral spirits to clean up the remaining residue.

Went order the gasket by the foot at VTS today, but they are out. Anyone try this one before? It's .5" X .5" so the size looks about right.

Not sure where your located but Menards or Home Depot has stuff like that also. Here is one that looks kind of like what is on my 62.

Thanks. I looked at Lowes for a "D" shaped gasket and couldn't find one, but what you linked to looks like it would would well too.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner....I'm prettty sure I used the wide D one. I had it here at home from past projects. Seems to be doing its job! I just trust the sticky tape for now & if it lets loose, I use gasket glue to really stick it on. :D
