AVION Travel Trailers

Last trip I noticed the trailer brakes grabbing. Once past very light pressure they grab.
New assemblies all around last summer. Could it be the controller? The pressure advance indicator rises from zero to set pressure number smoothly.

I had an issue with a brake controller where the brakes would occasionally grab with full force after light pressure on the brake pedal at slow speeds. I would have to unplug the controller to reset it, and then things would be fine for awhile. I contacted the maufacturer (Tekonsha) and they sent me a replacement. No further issues since then.
