Your Avion is very similar to my first experience with Avion. My mom and dad bought a 34V in 1980 or 1981..... That led me to get my own 1987 34W eventually.

I would look at it in a heart beat if we didn't have an Avion we already restored. We paid $8500 for our '88 30P in 2017. We've probably invested another $4500 to make it livable and towable.

In my experience, it's what's hidden by the belly pan that makes any Avion a crap-shoot purchase. At least selling yours for 6K gives a future buyer some wiggle room on their investment.
